Some of them give a positive feeling and positive energy to face life, and these habits stimulate a feeling of happiness.  Also, knowing that all this habit is proven by psychologists and self-development and not just talk.

 1- Wake up early:
 Try to wake up early after you have taken enough sleep at night, this will help you find the time to do everything, and getting up early and meditating the sunrise moments improves the psychological state and stimulates a feeling of happiness throughout the day, and waking up early has several other benefits we leave  You have the choice to experiment and discover.

 2- Take a walk in the morning:
 Walking in the morning for a quarter of an hour or ten minutes has many psychological and health benefits, as it activates the blood circulation and improves the activity of the heart, and the activity of the circulatory system improves the blood supply to the brain, which means that the activity of the entire body will be better than every day and therefore you will get from this habit  Health and activity in the brain and body.

 3- Read a little:
 Read a few pages from the Noble Qur’an or any book or from today’s newspaper. Reading helps brain cells grow and multiply, let alone if it was in the morning and after you did a little walk.

 5- Listen to a lecture:
 If you can listen to a lecture or a speech in any field, that would be a good thing.

 Don't let your day go by without helping someone even if no one asked for help Help without being asked, the person you are helping can be a relative or a stranger It makes no difference helping others makes you feel safe and proud of yourself as it is a reason to harness people to help you when you need it  .
