Also, sleeping during the daytime hours does not compensate for not sleeping at night, as four hours of sleep during the day is not better than sleeping for one hour during the night.
4- Read a few pages a day from any book, reading activates the cells in the brain. Useful reading is not limited to certain books, but if you want to increase your focus, it is preferable to read books that talk about the lives of other people. Reading will take you to another world full of information that will feed your brain. The brain benefits from the experiences in the books that are read, even if you forget them and cannot remember them. The brain uses the information and experiences that it collected through reading books on a daily basis in daily life, and therefore your life will change and you will be more focused.
5- Walk for half an hour every morning. Get up early in the morning to do a brisk walk (jogging) for half an hour daily, doing this will stimulate blood circulation and thus make you more mentally and physically active throughout the day.
